Hundred Word Challenge Week #7

I pranced into school that morning and headed for my locker, feeling like I was floating on a cloud. My team had won three polo tournaments in a row and I was positive we  could  win it all. Just as I was about to close my locker, I noticed a flash of movement in my mirror. I whirled around just in time to see a man headed towards me. He grabbed my arm and started dragging me away.
"What's going on?" I asked, but it was too late. He flung me into a dark room and, as the door slammed, I knew my cover was blown.

  1. Hello Neon Orange,
This a unique interpretation of this week's prompt. I especially enjoyed your surprise ending! You have used some descriptive vocabulary e.g. 'pranced' and 'whirled'. Try to avoid repeating words in a short piece of writing like this e.g. 'locker'. Well done completing the 100 Word Challenge Week #7.
    Sincerely,
    Mrs. Van
